Food is great, staff is always friendly and helpful! There was a mixup with one of my orders due to a misunderstanding and in the middle of a snowstorm. The manager, Seth, personally apologized and offered to give my family and I a free meal the next time we ordered. I called a few weeks later and he remembered me and made good on his offer. I'll absolutely continue to frequent this establishment. Great customer service. I never leave reviews but I wanted to call this out. Too many negative reviews online and these are good people with a good business and good food!

Great pizza! Deep dish still had a crunchy crust and the toppings were all fantastic. The staff was all super friendly even though it was packed and they were constantly running around. The name fits - it was very warm and kozy!

Update since new ownership... this place is still awesome. Nothing has changed... food is great, staff is all the same, friendly people that made this place our regular friday go to! Absolutely the best chicken wings on the planet. No discussion. The pizza is awesome. Great atmosphere with friendly staff...unless you are a fan of Goldie Gopher.
